Get to know the platform quickly and easily with our guide. There are two interfaces available for you to use. The nmedia.hub is all about discovering and ordering. The my.nmedia area is your administration area.

Adapt company data and create users
1. Register as a merchant
With just a few clicks, you can easily register for free with us. You can log in anytime with the login credentials you have chosen (email address and password) on hub.nmedia.solutions and in your my.nmedia area. If you have forgotten your password, simply reset your password.
2. Find brands
- In the nmedia.hub you will find many brands in one platform. To find brands for in-store ordering, go to the main navigation at the top and click “Order -> Overview Order Shops“.
- To get content for your inventory management system, cash register, or online shop, choose “Content -> Overview Content Shops” from the main navigation.
- To find brands that you can add to your online shop via dropshipping, choose “Dropshipping -> Overview Dropshipping Shops” from the main navigation.
3. Search directly for articles
Under the main navigation, you will find the product search. Using the options on the left, you can search either across all brands, your approved brands, or directly within a specific brand. After making your selection, click on the magnifying glass to submit your search. You can also perform an empty search to see all products in a brand’s shop.
4. Price status and content inquiries
Don’t see prices in the shop? That’s right – because you need to request a price inquiry from the respective brand first. To do so, click on “Request prices” under the Status section in the shop dashboard to receive your individual conditions.
In addition to your individual conditions, you can also request product content directly with your price inquiry.
5. Ordering
Once the respective brand has unlocked you and assigned your individual conditions, you can fill shopping baskets and place orders. The processing of the order, as well as the payment, takes place directly between you and the brand.

The navigation in nmedia.hub provides easy access to all functions in nmedia.hub. Below, we explain the individual menu items:

Requesting and managing content
Do you need article master data, images, and all other documents, for example for your own online shop? Under the main navigation “Content”, you can find brands that provide product data via the nmedia.hub. Details can be found on the following pages:
