Overview of our Content Distributions Services

Set up transfer mode: Standard Content Distribution

Our Standard Content Distribution of product data is free to use and allows you to receive point-of-sale data from your top brands in an automated way. E-commerce and inventory data, if the brand provides it, can be downloaded manually via the Content Export Manager. also free of charge.

1. 1. Select the standard content distribution service in the first step – Should be preselected when you first set up.

1. 1. Select the desired data quality – is limited here to POS data (sample file).
   2. Then activate the product data download and move the slider to “On”.

1. 1. Select a distribution mode. Decide whether you want to receive your data once a month in an automated manner or only obtain the data manually.

1. 1. Under “Transfer mode”, select the transfer mode that suits you best. You have the option to choose from three different transfer modes:
      • • FTP: To play the data on an FTP server, we need the destination address (including destination folder path), username and password.

      .

      • • Email: For the transfer by e-mail, we need the e-mail address to which the data should be sent.

      .

      • EDI: With the transmission via EDI you choose your individual format. The precondition for this is a PRICAT interface with nmedia GmbH. If you select EDI, we will check your current EDI status and contact you in a timely manner.
   2. Under Export Formats activate your desired formats that you want to obtain. Activate here CSV file or Shopify format at transfer mode e-mail and FTP or at the individual transfer mode the “Individual format”

1. DIe inventory data you can also use our standard csv. File activate. The inventory data of the brands are then available to you by manual donwload in the Content Export Manager.
2. Then click on “Save” and the transfer will be activated.

Set up transfer mode: Premium Content Distribution

With Premium Content Distribution, you can receive the extended product data, product images and inventory data of your top brands in a completely automated way. You decide on the transfer mode, distribution mode and export format of your data.

1. 1. Select the Premium Content Distribution Service in the first step – This service must be subscribed by you for now to be selected

1. 1. Select the desired data quality. Here you can choose between POS data (sample file) and e-commerce data (sample file).
   2. Then enable product and image data download and slide the slider to “On”.

1. 1. Select a distribution mode. Decide whether you would like to receive your data once per day, per week or per month in an automated way or if you would like to obtain the data only manually. Stock data can be obtained in real time if you book our service service accordingly

1. Submit here as in the product data distribution a transfer mode, distribution mode and export format for the data transfer.
2. All data is also available as a manual download via the Content Export Manager.
3. Then click on “Save” and the transfer will be activated.

Set up transfer mode: API Content Distribution

With the API Content Distribution you can obtain all extended product data, product images, inventory data and attribute lists of your top brands. Here, use the API access credentials and API documentation displayed here after posting to set up the API interface into your IT system landscape.
