How do I get the product data of the brands?
To receive the product data of your brands, you need to request download permission.
Send content request
To obtain product data, you must first send a content request to the respective brand via the nmedia.hub.
- Click on “Content store overview” in the menu item under Content. In the overview, search for the desired brand and click on “Request now”.
- Another window opens with various download options. Select the downloads you want and specify the purposes for which you want to use the content.
- Then click the “Request now” button. The brand will check your request – after approval, you will be informed by e-mail. You can then obtain the approved product data manually or automatically.
Setting up a transfer method
In the nmedia.hub under the menu item Content and by clicking on “Set Transfer method” you determine which transmission method you want to use. As soon as the brand makes changes to the product data, you will automatically receive these updates. In addition, you have the option of manually triggering individual data exports via the Content Export Manager. You can receive the content in the standard format (.csv) provided free of charge, or you can select a customized format for only €14.90 per month to suit your IT system.
